About Us


Jennifer O'Connor co-founded Foresight Events after more than a decade in the event management industry. She started out as Business Manager for Inspired Events, a small wedding management firm in New York City, and then went on to serve as Office Manager for a leading Broadway theatre General Management firm. Most recently, Jennifer served for 4 years as Director of Events for Tony Award Productions, co-producing the Nominations Announcement, the Nominees' Luncheon, the Red Carpet and Telecast Press Room. Jennifer has worked on numerous events for the Broadway community - Conference Hospitality Events, Holiday Soirees and Corporate Retreats. Social Events have included weddings in New York City, Tuxedo Park, Long Island, Florida and Virginia; as well as numerous Bachelorette Parties, Bridal Showers and Baby Showers.

 Jennifer likes to approach events with a creative touch and an eye to detail; and loves to find new and interesting venues to match each event's personality.  A dancer at heart, Jennifer was the recipient of the first Innovative Theatre Award for Best Choreography for It’s Karate, Kid!  The Musical.  Jennifer and Connie are a great duo, and she is thrilled to be a part of such a dynamic team!

Connie Wilkin is excited to be a partner on this engaging adventure with her extremely talented colleague, Jen O'Connor. They met while working side by side for the last 4 years on the Tony Awards®. As Director of Ticketing for the grandest event of the year on the Broadway community's calendar, Connie managed and expanded the experience for nominees, producers and community members, while respecting the integrity of the historic institutions involved.

She began her career years ago in not-for-profit theatre, quickly deciding that the commercial world was more of a match for her jack-of-all-trades personality.  She ran a ticketing operation in Washington DC, and she has worked as the Company Manager, General Manager, and Executive Producer for shows on Broadway and on tour around the world. She has organized and overseen parties, fundraisers, celebrations, vacations, bar and bat mitzvahs and weddings from London to Tokyo to Italy to New York City. Stars with visa problems, children with food allergies, stage-mothers with personal entourages and vendors with language barriers are mere hiccups in her day. While keeping a smile, she has picked out the brown M&M’s from the M&M bowl, and she has smuggled birds across the border. (shhh!) 

She attains heaps of pride from her two most important productions, Jason and Rachael, and is happy to have shared 28 years with Miles by her side.
